I am a native Washingtonian and single parent. So I fully understand the stresses of life’s everyday hustle and how limited we are with time for ourselves. Getting the kids to and from school, helping with homework, the PTA, school plays and other school activities, cleaning the house, grocery shopping, the daily commute to and from work and “Saving the World”! The list is continuous. There just isn’t enough time in the day, month or in the year for a little “Me Time” This is why I wanted to create an experience for those of us who have simply forgotten how to take care of “Us”. We are drained, exhausted and just plain tired! We have taken care of every one else’s need but our own. Today it STOPS!
