Reservations

 

Reservation should be scheduled 48 hours in advance for individual services and at least one week in advance for Spa Parties and Group Events.  Reservations can be made by clicking here.  Please note that an event booked less than one week in advance will incur a 10% surcharge over the regular pricing due to additional costs of executing last minute events.  A minimum deposit of $150 (per 6 persons), $25.00 each additional person, is required to hold the date for spa parties and events.  The balance is due within 3 days of the event.  Because the services have been specially reserved for you, in the event of a cancellation, 50% of deposit is non-refundable.

 

Rescheduling Policy

 

In the event the services need to be rescheduled, at least 24 hours notice is required for individual services with a fee of $25.00 and 72 hours notice for parties and events along with a fee of $50.00.  Less than a 24-hour and 72 hour notice will be considered a “No Show” and the deposit/payment will be forfeited.  In the event your party is rescheduled, the new date must be within 30 days after the original date.  After the 30- day period has passed, the deposit/payment will be forfeited.  Only one rescheduling is permitted.  Once your event date has been reserved, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellation or “no shows” The scheduled services are reserved and staffed according to your needs.   Therefore, changes to any package must be made 72 hours prior to date of services.  Last minute changes may not be able to be honored.

 

Gratuities

 

Individual spa services do not include gratuities.  In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion.  However, for the convenience of spa parties and events, gratuities of 20% of the total bill will be automatically added.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

For individual services, we require 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment to receive a 50% refund.  Cancellations for spa party/group events must be made 72 hours in advance in order to receive a refund for any amount exceeding the 50% deposit minimum.  Spa party/group events consist of 6 or more persons.  Once your appointment date has been reserved for your event, you will not be able to receive a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no shows after the 72-hour cancellation period.

 

Age Requirements

 

Clients must be at least 16 years old.  Clients under the age of 16 must have adult supervision and a waiver signed by their parent or guardian.

 

****Please provide adequate space and privacy prior to the arrival of your spa technician.
***Our Spa Techs will refuse a treatment if any of the following apply:

 

1. Any Medical conditions that were not mentioned at the time of reservation.

2. Broken skin or lesions.

 

**If pregnant, please state prior to treatment.
